Free Shipping

  • For a limited time, Xezo.com offers FREE ground shipping by UPS to all destinations within the continental U.S.  All ground shipments are insured with tracking information provided.
  • For limited time Xezo.com offers FREE shipping by the U.S. Postal Service to Alaska and Hawaii.  All shipments are insured.  Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. 
  •  We ship within two business days after receiving payment (weekends and holidays excluded). Our shipping cut-off time is 1 p.m. CST.  We ship products Monday through Friday only.
  • For Limited Time Xezo.com offers FREE shipping to APOs and FPOs
  • Deliveries to APOs and FPOs are shipped using the US Postal Service.
  • Orders are fully insured in transit. Delivery time is usually five (5*) business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse (UPS ground service). Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • For your protection, high value orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, then please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Customers will be charged a fee of $15 USD to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Xezo.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, then we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion.  This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost incurred by Xezo.com. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges.

International Shipping

Orders from the Xezo.com on-line store with destinations outside the continental U.S. and excluding Canada will only be dispatched and delivered using Global Express Mail.
Shipments to Canada are dispatched by UPS Ground. All international shipments are insured with tracking information provided.

International Orders (outside United States)

Payment for international orders is accepted through PayPal and Western Union. Payment also is accepted prepaid in the full amount and in U.S. funds 1) via a Cashier's Check drawn on a U.S. bank, or 2) via wire transfer or by credit card. If you wish to place an international order, please e-mail us at adxezo@xezo.com for further instructions.
Please note: that international orders are subject to shipping and handling charges.

Duty/Tax

The duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  This cost is NOT calculated into the cost of your purchase or the shipping charges.
These fees are non-refundable in the event the merchandise is returned to Xezo.com for any reason.
Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information.

Manufacturer’s International Guarantee

  • All Xezo timepieces are guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and parts for a period of one year from date of sale.
  • All Xezo eyewear is guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 3 years from date of sale
  • All Xezo writing instruments are guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 3 years from date of sale.

Payment

Xezo.com accepts payments for purchases in the form of credit card, PayPal, personal check, money order, cashier's check, certified bank check or wire transfer.

We accept the following credit cards for payment:

Some orders may require a credit card authorization form to be completed and returned.

Written Check and Money Orders

We accept personal checks, business checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary" or counter checks are not acceptable. Please make your check payable to Xezo.com and mail to:

Please Note:

If you pay by personal check, business check, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before we can ship your merchandise. If you reside in the United States, paying by any of the above methods typically delays your order about 12-15 business days (7 business days for personal checks) after our receipt of your check. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.

By sending your personal check, please be aware that you are authorizing our company to use information on your check to make a one-time electronic debit from your account at the financial institution indicated on your check no additional amount will be added to the original authorized amount.

Please Note:
If the item is paid for with a personal check then the clearance period of 7 business days will be required.

Refunds/Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to Xezo.com. Each item must pass our strict quality control process during manufacturing and prior to shipment to a customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Xezo.com within 30 days of ship date for a refund (the purchase price, minus shipping charges). A refund will be made within 10 business days from the date an item is received.

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. The merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit.
"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the merchandise; there are no signs of wear on the product, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Note on Return Policy: We do not sell used or refurbished merchandise. Therefore, if the watch you are returning shows the slightest sign of being worn--or has been resized or modified in anyway (such as removing bracelet links)--we cannot accept it and will not issue a refund.
Xezo.com is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms.
For your own protection, you may wish to insure the merchandise you are returning.
We also require that you use the "Signature Required" option, when returning any merchandise to us.

Exchange/Repair

If there is a defect in the materials and/or workmanship of a Xezo product, you may return the defective item, within its warranty period, for exchange or repair.  A detailed description of the problem must be returned with the product. Any product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable Xezo product.
The merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes original warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit.
Xezo.com is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the merchandise you are returning. We also require that you use the "Signature Required" option, when returning any merchandise to us.

Servicing your Xezo Automatic timepiece

Although components in your timepiece have been manufactured from first-rate materials, certain parts are subject to natural wear and tear. It is vital that all moving parts are properly lubricated at all times and that the watch is cleaned at regular intervals to remove dirty oil.

We therefore, recommend that you have your watch serviced about once every 3-5 years.
